Optical Gel is available in a convenient 24-pack for smaller projects and a 200-pack Contractor Box for larger installations.
The 24-pack is designed to cover approximately 12–16 linear feet in a single row on ledges up to 6 inches wide when disks are spaced no more than 6 inches apart, measured center to center. Wider surfaces, such as rectangular or square areas, may require multiple rows. The 24-pack is commonly selected for residential applications, though additional packs may be needed depending on site conditions and project requirements.
The 200-pack Contractor Box is designed for larger installations and can cover up to approximately 80 square feet when installed according to label directions. This package size is commonly used for commercial applications.
Optical Gel is backed by a two-year manufacturer warranty when installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Prior to installation, surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned; Bird-X EVO Cleaner is recommended. For best results, attach disks using a silicone adhesive and space them no more than 6 inches apart, measured center to center. Warranty claims must be accompanied by photographs of the installed product.
