Bird-X standard bird netting is a physical bird exclusion solution designed for use in areas where bird access is not desired. Available in multiple sizes for a wide range of applications and locations, bird netting creates a physical barrier that restricts birds and other pest animals from entering treated areas. When installed correctly, bird netting is barely visible from a distance. It is manufactured from UV-stabilized materials designed to withstand outdoor conditions and maintain strength over time.

Our Bird-X experts are available for phone consultations at no cost to guide you through installation or to recommend an installer in your area.

Very Effective Bird Net. I put the bird net up over an 18 x 36 foot fruit section of my garden. Last year, with out the net, we lost most of our grapes, strawberries and blueberries to the birds. Not this year. The net is allowing us to harvest all of the fruit this year. The net is fairly durable, but you do have to be careful with it when putting it in place or moving it as it can tear if it snags on things. I can’t comment on how long it will hold up as I’ve only had it up for about a month, but so far so good!

Pleasantly Surprised with the Quality. When it came time to replace the 1 inch netting around our garden, we began reading reviews and obtaining samples. When our shipment arrived, the first thing we noticed was how much heavier/stronger the fabric was compared to all of our samples, some costing more. Another thing my wife noticed after we installed the netting was that, when she worked inside the netting, it did not tangle or catch on her clothing like the netting we had been using.

Nice Netting. This netting seems pretty durable, yet lightweight. We purchased this netting for a large strawberry patch that we could not keep the birds out of as the berries were ripening. We had purchased similar netting products in smaller sizes, but needed a larger size to cover our new larger berry patch. This Bird-X netting is comparable in quality to smaller sizes we had previously purchased (some of which were also the Bird-X brand), but more durable than some other brands we had previously purchased. It works great! …no more ruined half-eaten berries. We are very happy with the quality of this product.

We bought this netting to keep birds off of our blueberry bushes, and I’m happy to report that it worked perfectly. We used fenceposts mounted around the perimeter of the blueberry patch, and then draped the netting over the top. Because it’s not touching the plants, the birds can’t get to the fruit. I used cable ties to secure the corners to the posts after pulling the netting somewhat tight, and we’ve had the best crop ever. A great product and I’m hoping it lasts for several years. The UV protection should help protect it from sun damage.

We bought this net to protect our strawberry plants from the birds. It is really working and stop birds from trying to eat the strawberry seeds. We had some hard wind blowing for a while and this net sticks to the plant. All we did was mapped it out over the strawberry plants and cut the length as needed. After that we cover the whole surface of the plants with the net and leave some left over on each sides then we spread the net evenly. We never find the net in open or curled up or rolled up even after heavy rain storm plus the wind. Overall, we really happy in using this net and already planning to use it for next year planting season.
