Good News! Two days and nights have passed since we put “Larry” the Lang Dental mascot Prowler Owl out at our front door. Apparently the geese have been scared…Let’s just say we no longer have issues with their droppings. Thanks for solving our problem!

I purchased the Prowler Owl to get rid of Pigeons. They were nesting on the front of our office building, tarp and roof edges. At first, my co-workers joked saying the pigeons would just stand on the owl’s head and leave droppings. Since then, the pigeon activity on our roof and especially our tarps has minimized to where there are no droppings at all. The South Florida rainy season has finished cleaning the tarp and it remains clean thanks to your Prowler Owl.

Pest Control is an ongoing problem inside and out. Our pigeon problem was a constant headache. Trapping was long, tedious and expensive. Shooting or poisoning was prohibited. Results with the Prowler Owl were immediate and we no longer have a serious problem with birds. We have purchased two more and they will protect our other buildings. I would like to thank you for a very economical solution for an expensive problem.

I’ve tried numerous things to get rid of pigeons in the past. I bought the Prowler Owl to control stubborn pigeons in and around a canopy. At first, I felt silly carrying the owl around and hid it behind my back until I got close enough to the birds. At that point, I pulled it from behind my back and the birds panicked! They flew away from under the canopy immediately as the owl moved in the wind. Ever since we posted the owl in our facility we haven’t had birds nearby.

I was having trouble with nasty blackbirds depositing their droppings around the top rail of my above ground pool. It was so gross and disgusting every 2 or 3 inches apart all around the top. I ordered the Bird-X owl with the moving wings and placed it on a 5 foot pole beside the pool. It does a good job scaring the birds and I have had a clean top rail on my pool since then! I move the owl from place to place each week to give the appearance of it not being a statue. It also helps because the wings move when the wind blows and that helps keep the ‘trick’ working. Definitely was worth the money.

Bought a Prowler Owl last year to protect a house which had about a hundred woodpecker holes in the siding. Siding was patched and painted, and we installed a Prowler Owl on a 7 foot piece of 1/2″ galvanized electrical tubing, braced with guy wire to the house for stability. A year later, not one hole, no signs of woodpeckers, and the owl is in perfect condition after going through a cold, icy and snowy winter.

A mocking bird was dive-bombing my dachshund in the back yard. I put this up on a chain hanging from my patio cover and immediately there are no birds anywhere near my yard. Wonderful.

I am buying my second Bird-X Owl today. I had a problem with bird droppings around the edges of my above-ground pool two summers ago. I tried 2 styles of owls and this one worked the best by far. Once I put it up, we never had a problem with the birds again.
