The Solar Mesh Guard Kit creates a durable, secure physical exclusion barrier designed to prevent birds and rodents from accessing areas beneath solar panels. It is intended for use on solar installations where access beneath panels is not desired, including areas above roofing materials, insulation, and electrical wiring.
Designed for installation on compatible solar panel systems, the kit attaches to solar panels using mounting components intended to avoid interference with manufacturer warranty considerations. The mesh and clips are made from weather-resistant materials designed for outdoor use and are compatible with solar units featuring a bracket depth of over 30 mm (1 3⁄16″).
Ideal for residential and commercial solar arrays, this kit is intended for use in maintaining clear space beneath solar panels and protecting mounting areas from access by birds and rodents.
The Solar Mesh Guard and compatible clips are available as a complete kit or for separate purchase to fit any installation need. The Solar Panel Mesh comes in 100-foot rolls and is offered in 4″, 6″, or 8″ widths. Three types of clips are available: stainless steel, UV-protected nylon, or speed clips (available only as individual purchases).
