The same way electric fences manage cows, pigs, and other livestock, the bird shock track is designed to condition pest birds to avoid treated areas. Bird shock flex track is an ideal option for discouraging pest birds from perching and nesting on ledges or other structures. If a bird lands on the track, it receives a harmless electrical pulse that is intended to startle the bird and encourage it to avoid landing there again. Birds may learn to avoid returning to treated areas over time.

The Bird-X AviShock® system is a low-profile electrified track designed for installation on signs, ledges, rooflines, sills, parapets, and other architectural surfaces where bird activity may occur. Its flexible design conforms to a variety of building shapes.

Snap connectors help simplify installation, while reduced-resistance copper conducting strips are protected by a conductive polymer cover. The system is designed to deliver intermittent electrical pulses through the conductive tracks when connected to a compatible energizer.

Measuring just 0.3 inches high, AviShock® is available in four colors to blend with a variety of building materials. Constructed from UV-stabilized PVC and high-grade metal conducting channels, it is designed for long-term outdoor use when installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
